Photo Team

Lian: Lian usually shoots in abstract, colorful packed shots. In most of her photos, Lian has more than one focus or subject. I took this photo of Lian because it has some dimension and is more than just the typical, straight on shot. It is also colorful and detailed, while at the same time having more than one focus.

Kandyce: Kandyce's photos are very symmetrical and geometric. The colors in her photos appear to not be edited very much, while at the same time being colorful and sharp. I used the frame and outline of Kandyce's glasses to create a symmetrical feel and figure to the photo. I also did not edit the colors and left them natural.

Josh: The majority of Josh's style is macro and abstract. They usually have some sort of light reflecting or focusing on the photos.

Max: His photos usually have more of a relaxed feel. Most of his subjects are in a third of his frame, are in black and white, and are looking directly at the camera.

Hadley: Hadley's style of photography is very relaxed and natural. Many of her photos are not posed and appear to have been taken "in the moment". I shot this photo while she was adjusting her hair.
Long Long: Long Longs style of photography is very animated and cartoon like. Many of them have a kind of unrealistic aspect to them, which I tried to incorporate in his photos. Most of his photos are blurred slightly, so I made sure to do that while taking his portrait.

Me: I would say that my style is usually a layered photo. I like to incorporate different aspects and expressions in each of my photos to give it more of a rounded feel.

Best Of Spring Series

In this series I focused on my best photos that I took. I mainly used photos that were focused and sharp in the front, and had a blurry and blended background. This created a kind of depth that I was going for.

Nature Series Draft #1

I photographed nature, mostly flowers. I tried to focus in on specific points in the picture, and blur out the background. I did not use any editing, which meant that I had to become familiar with the way that my camera works.

Best Of New Series

I think that these are the most cohesive and the strongest photos in this series.
